ACS-UK was established in 2019 by a group of experienced professionals who have spent many years working in the health and social care sector. Having built extensive careers within the industry, the founders came together with a shared commitment to give back to the sector that shaped their professional journeys.
Through their combined experience in healthcare practice, workforce development, training and recruitment, the team recognised the growing need for practical support that helps individuals access sustainable careers while also supporting employers to develop a skilled and competent workforce.
ACS-UK therefore focuses exclusively on healthcare sector training, recruitment and employment support. Our work is centred on helping individuals build the knowledge, skills and confidence required to enter and progress within the health and social care workforce. At the same time, we support employers by helping them identify, prepare and recruit capable staff who are ready to contribute effectively to the sector.
Our training programmes are designed to reflect the real needs of the healthcare environment. They are delivered by professionals with direct experience in the field, ensuring that learning remains practical, relevant and aligned with current sector standards and expectations.
In addition to training, ACS-UK provides recruitment and employment support services that connect aspiring healthcare professionals with opportunities in the sector. We work closely with employers to understand their workforce needs and help them access individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality care.
At the heart of our work is a simple goal: to strengthen the healthcare workforce by preparing, supporting and connecting people who want to build meaningful careers in health and social care.
