ACS- UK is a community focused community organisation involved in a wide range of activities and projects aimed at social integration for the new migrants including refugees and asylum seekers.
We strive to help people to build the skills and confidence they need to move into education, employment, or training. We achieve this by delivering a range of services and support programmes.
Through those programmes, we provide emotional support, careers’ information advice and guidance, and work experience opportunities. In this way, we help people to build their employment skills, social skills, and confidence they need to become ready for work.
By helping people to develop their skills, we are successful in helping raise their aspirations. In doing so, we help them to reach their full potential.
We also work in partnership with businesses, voluntary organisations, and other agencies to develop and deliver services that meet the needs of the people we work with.
We understand people are different and as newly arrived migrants, their needs are unique and challenging. Our mission is to ensure they integrate into the community as smoothly as possible.
Ranked as the furthest from the job market, we use culturally sensitive and other innovative approaches to improve their skills and to help them get into work or training.
